I am a qualified Amatsu Orthopath Practitioner, and Orthopedic and Soft Tissue Therapist, registered with the Amatsu Therapy Association (ATA-AOA) and the Register of Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue Therapists of Ireland. (ROSTI). As a member of ROSTI, I am approved by VHI, LAYA, AVIVA Healthcare and other Irish health-care insurers.
I am currently living in Dunmore East, Co. Waterford with my family.
My background is in aviation, where I was employed as an aircraft technician in the Irish Air Corps.
In 2008, after resolving years of migraines in two sessions of cranial work, I became intrigued with natural health. Since beginning my career, I have successfully treated a wide range of injuries including, back pain, neck pain, whiplash, knee problems, foot/ankle injuries, sporting injuries, sciatic symptoms, headaches, stress related issues and much more.
I have completed 4 years of training with Daghda Synergy School of Amatsu Orthopathy in Dublin. During these studies, I have gained an in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, Amatsu techniques, movement principles, muscle testing and orthopaedic testing.
I lived in Mallorca for two years and worked as an Amatsu Practitioner in Soller and Palma. During this time, I have had the privilege of receiving direct tuition from Denis Bartram in the UK and Ireland. (see Amatsu history).
I am a qualified First Aid Responder. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
I qualified as a Reiki Practitioner with Mike Mannix (Kikoreiki) in Dublin wellness center and I hold a certificate in Integrated Healing from Mark Cleary, (www.markcleary.net) which I greatly value. This has given me the platform to pursue my journey as a therapist, to help people in pain and to help restore their health and well-being.
